The core, face and back of Gyprock Aquachek are treated to make it resistant to moisture and humidity without compromising integrity. It is specifically designed for use as a wall and ceiling lining in wet areas of residential or commercial buildings. It can be easily identified by its blue coloured face paper.
Gyprock Aquachek is manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of water resistant grade gypsum plasterboard as per AS/NZ 2588 Gypsum Plasterboard, and satisfies the requirements of the Building Code of Australia for wet area wall linings in residential and commercial buildings when installed according to Gyprock installation guides.
